By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After shipment, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods.


2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partner located in Asia (China).

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipment is international.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

However, due to international logistics, customs clearance, and carrier operations, total delivery time may take up to 30 days.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

A shipment is not considered lost until:

  • 30 days have passed since dispatch, and

  • The carrier officially confirms non-delivery


4. Customs & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in package rejection. Rejected packages are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

6. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Carrier delivery confirmation is considered valid proof of fulfillment.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Theft after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Deliveries to neighbors or mailboxes

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details at checkout.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.


7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs

  • Refunds will only be issued once the package is returned and inspected

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Holidays or peak seasons

  • Weather conditions

  • Political events

  • Force majeure circumstances beyond our control

Such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.


9. Liability Limitation

Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
